At Zaika, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations are handled for food orders placed through our platform.
You may cancel your order within 60 seconds of placing it without any charge.
After this window, cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order:

If the restaurant has already started preparing your food:
The order cannot be canceled without a charge.
A partial refund may be issued if ingredients haven’t been used yet (subject to restaurant approval).
Once the delivery partner has picked up your food:
The order cannot be canceled.
No refund will be issued.
If your cancellation is allowed but preparation has begun, a cancellation fee may be charged. This fee helps compensate the restaurant for wasted ingredients and labor.
Standard fee: [โน50 / local equivalent]
The fee amount will be shown before confirming your cancellation.
Go to Order History in the app.
Select the order.
Tap “Cancel Order” (option will be visible only if cancellation is still allowed).
Follow on-screen instructions to confirm.
Your order may be canceled by Zaika in the following cases:
Restaurant is unavailable or closed.
Items are out of stock.
Delivery partner cannot be assigned in a reasonable time.
โ You will receive a full refund in such cases.
Repeated cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of your account.
Cancellation policies may vary slightly by restaurant and will be shown before placing your order.
