Some restaurants may offer free delivery based on promotions or minimum order value.

Deliveries may fail in the following scenarios:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location

  • Inaccessible location (e.g., gated communities without access)

In such cases:

  • The order may be canceled without a refund.

  • Re-delivery is not guaranteed and subject to additional charges.

For your safety and convenience, we support contactless delivery. Choose "Leave at Door" during checkout and ensure clear delivery instructions are provided.
